I want a wooden photo puzzle... What do I do?
- Select your puzzle size and piece count. Order your custom photo puzzle, and pay using your preferred payment method.
- Using your order number, and/or your name as a reference, simply send us your high-resolution photo via email to myjigsaw@bzonka.com
- We will get in touch with you ASAP via email (normally within a couple business hours) to confirm your order and your picture resolution. If we have any concerns regarding your image.
- Expect your order to be shipped within 7 business days. We will send you an email with your FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.
FedEx ground can take anywhere between 4-8 business days to deliver. Delivery times may vary and are out of our control.
We will track your order and be in contact with you until you have received your package.
What images makes a good custom jigsaw puzzle?
For the best puzzling experience, we recommend SHARP and CRISP images with a good variety of colors and plenty of textures/patterns.
Having too much of the same color or texture, such as a big blue sky or lots of foliage, can make an especially frustrating puzzle. Keep it enjoyable! Also, too much of a plain white or yellow area makes the cut lines stand out and detracts from the puzzle image. Please avoid large white or yellow areas. The best custom puzzles have a range of colors and textures, a balance of composition, and fun subject matter!
What image resolution and file format should I use?
We suggest a minimum resolution of 150-300 DPI or more, or a file size larger than 1MB. Image files can be PNG, PDF, or JEPG.
Ideally, you will send us an image that weighs 6 MB or more, has a dimension of 3008x2000 pixels or larger and at least 150 DPI. We can work with slightly lower quality, but results may vary. If you are a using a digital camera, consult your manual, and put your camera on the highest resolution settings. This is also true for some smart phones.
Please help us capture your memories in detail: don't use downloaded images from social media (FB, Instagram, etc.), or use screenshots, as those images will not have a high enough DPI and will print blurry.

Sizing
Small: 23.6 in x 15.7 in 300-750 pieces
Large & "Big": 23.6 in x 31.5 in 425-500 pieces
Extra Large: 23.6 in x 47.2 in 1500 pieces
Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly based on the dimensions of the file you submit, so your image does not have to adhere to these exact dimensions. We can handle any aspect ratio except extreme panoramas.
All customs are rectangular in shape. Irregular shaped puzzles or puzzles with borders are not available.
Custom whimsy shapes are not offered. We will find which cut patterns will fit the aspect ratio of your image, and then we pick the one that best fits the theme of your photo.
Can you fix or modify my image? Make a collage?
We cannot enhance, alter or modify any images that are sent to us or create collages. We can only accept and print images "as-is".
Can you ship this with the other items I've ordered from the site?
Consolidating shipping would be nice, but no. The puzzles sold on the website are warehoused in a different location than where our custom puzzles are made.
How long will it take for me to receive my custom puzzle?
Approximately 2 weeks (excluding the holiday season).
Why is shipping so expensive for this item?
The size and weight of a shipment, as well as its destination, play the biggest roles in the cost of shipping. Seasonal shipping price increases by the shipping carriers, as well as shipping method, also play a part.
Your custom wooden jigsaw puzzle will ship at approximately 5 lbs via FedEx Ground.

If it normally takes two weeks to receive a custom puzzle, then why is the holiday deadline so early?
Our volume of custom puzzle requests greatly increases during the holiday season. A deadline is set in order for everyone to receive their custom puzzles in time for Christmas.
Do you accept returns on personalized puzzles?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any personalized puzzle. With that in mind, please be sure that the image you send is exactly how you wish it to be printed on the puzzle.
