Política de reembolso
Remember: A puzzle is not necessarily faulty just because you cannot solve it. We guarantee that all our puzzles are solvable. Most puzzles come with a solution, unless the maker doesn't offer one, such as Hanayama. If you feel you need a solution to your puzzle, send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) with a $2.00 US Money Order to Bzonka LLC - Solutions, PO Box 13027, Ogden, UT 84412.
Return Authorization
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition, unless the item(s) has been found to be defective, not as described, or shipped to you in error.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They can not offer you a refund or replacement.
- Send an email to: info@bzonka.com requesting approval for a refund or replacement.
- Include with your return, a signed letter stating the reason for your return, contact information, including email address, and the original receipt.
- Mail your return to: Bzonka LLC - Returns, PO Box 13027, Ogden UT 84412, United States.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied using the original method of payment. (Usually within 2 - 3 business days.)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacements (if applicable)
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If you feel your shipment may at risk of theft or lost by your local carrier, we encourage you to add insurance for your shipment or select Priority Shipping, which has some insurance included.
In the unfortunate event that you received the wrong item, your item(s) is defective or is not as described, the correct item or replacement will be shipped to you at no cost - usually the same day of approval. However, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you, may vary. Simply follow the steps for Return Authorization.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may take a few business days to process.
If, after several days, you have not yet received a refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account once again.
- Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are sold "As Is" and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any items.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. If we arrange for your return shipping, the carrier used will be at the sole discretion of Bzonka LLC. If you are to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, even if the order was part of a free shipping promotion.
If you are shipping an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Transit Damages
We will not accept items for return if they have been damaged during the return transit. When returning your item, please consider arranging for any trackable shipping service and necessary insurance to cover the costs of the items in the event that they are lost or damaged by the chosen carrier. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
